Opportunities Gain Momentum in Spring Housing Market

With spring in full bloom and the great weather now upon us we are starting to see larger crowds at open houses, and even greater competition for the best properties. Inventories are beginning to grow on a daily basis but at a slow pace, motivating many sellers to make offers on the same great properties.

As a seller, now is still a great time to list your home since many buyers are out there eagerly hoping to find their dream house. Interest rates are still low thereby allowing negotiations to blossom by offering buyer’s plenty value for their money.

If you are purchasing and want to be in your home by the start of the new school year, remember you will need approximately 60-90 days to close should you require a mortgage. So start planning now for getting the transaction done by early June.
